Individual Grading Standards (Japan Autonomous State Version)

JZGP: Japan Zichishu Grade Protocol - Detailed Evaluation Criteria of the Primary Production Area

Overview

The Japan Autonomous Prefecture is positioned as the primary production area for top-grade female food materials in the Greater China region. Based on the JZGP (Japan Zichishu Grade Protocol) established by the Material Management Agency of the Japan Autonomous Prefecture, eight detailed evaluation items are applied in addition to the common core basic standards. Led by the “Kuroge Wajin” brand, it produces and exports individuals characterized by finely textured skin and highly pronounced shame responses.

Grading is a composite evaluation based on two axes: “Grade × Yield.” Yield Grade is defined as Y1 to Y5, and Quality Grade is defined as A5 to C1, for a total of 25 levels.

List of Evaluation Items

Item Content Measurement Method
Skin Texture Fineness of the skin, visibility of pores, uniformity of complexion, and tactile feel 3D Epidermal Scan + Tactile AI
Body Fat Percentage Subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, and localized fat (thighs, buttocks, abdomen) Bioelectrical Impedance + MRI
Bone Density Bone mass and structural soundness of the femur, lumbar vertebrae, tibia, and other bones DEXA Method
Marbling Score (BMS) Marbling-like patterns in the muscle (uniformity, distribution, viscosity) AI Image Analysis + Mass Spectrometry
Muscle Fiber Structure Orientation, density, and cross-sectional shape of muscle fibers (affecting melt-in-the-mouth quality, chewiness, and sense of disintegration) High-Precision Cross-Section Scan
Mental Stability Resistance and stress responses during slaughtering and processing Heart Rate Variability and Stress Hormone Measurement
Aromatic Components Aroma originating from skin, sweat, breath, and genitals, and suitability for fermentation Adsorption Detection + Aging AI Analysis
Human Display Suitability Facial expressions, posture, and shame reactions while suspended or restrained Observation Record + Shame Index Evaluation

Examples of Grading Ranks

Grade Features
A5 Top-grade Black-Haired Japanese. Exquisite skin texture, smooth refined fat, and strong shame reactions. Intended for display, export, and premium kaiseki cuisine.
A3 Standard grade for typical Black-Haired Japanese. Rich aroma and well-balanced fat. Distributed for suspended display and domestic sales.
B2 Higher body fat and somewhat coarse muscle structure. Used for processed products such as "single-person ground meat" and "dried offal."
C1 Unsuitable for display. Weak shame reactions and little aroma. Restricted to processing into leather products, feed, and fertilizer.

Supplementary Provisions

  • Grades and yield ratings are valid only when certified by official inspectors of the autonomous state (with an authorization seal).
  • For facial expression fixation during hanging-rope or crucifix-style displays, there are restrictions on the use of pre-administered paralytics, and the preservation of natural shame reactions is recommended.
  • Because aroma and shame-related elements are linked to visitors' reactions at exhibits, they can be actively utilized in promotional materials.
  • Grading ranks must be clearly indicated as a public performance record at exhibition venues (for example, the Osaka Bay EXPO “Future Where Life Shines” pavilion).
