Women's Resource Optimization Allocation System (WRO)

WRO System

The Women’s Resource Optimization system (WRO) is a state regime implemented in China in 2021 and, from 2024, applied throughout the Greater China area including the Japanese Autonomous State. It manages and utilizes female living beings as “objects of re-resourcing.”

System Overview

The Women's Resource Optimization (WRO) system was introduced by the Chinese Communist Party under the pretext of "social utilization of women," against the backdrop of a surplus of women caused by the 2002 HNV-02 virus outbreak. Targets for conscription include unmarried non–PhD holders aged 32 or older and those with a history of anti-government activities; after processing, they are distributed as food ingredients. About 12,000 bodies are processed monthly from the Japanese Autonomous State, 80% of which are exported to Mainland China.
